How the planner works
Each row is a city; each column is one and the same moment, labelled in your local time along the top. Blue cells mark that city's normal working hours (09:00–18:00), so a column that is blue all the way down is a time everyone can reasonably attend. Click any column and the cards above the grid show the exact local date and time in every city. Differences are computed live from current daylight saving rules.
Tip: for calls between far-apart zones — say Seoul and New York — there may be no fully-blue column. The least painful slots are usually early morning on one side and evening on the other; the city-to-city converters spell out those windows.
