About these calculators
The hours counter handles overnight shifts automatically — an end time earlier than the start time is read as finishing the next day. Break minutes are deducted before pay is calculated. The salary converter uses the assumptions you set (default 40 hours a week, 52 weeks a year); adjust the weeks figure downward for unpaid leave.
Which currency do the results use?
Whichever you pick in the currency selector — it defaults to a guess from your browser language and only changes how amounts are displayed. The math is identical in every currency.
Are taxes included?
No — all amounts are gross pay. Take-home pay depends on your country's tax and social insurance rules, which no simple converter can cover honestly.
What about overtime rates?
Overtime multipliers (1.5×, 2×) vary by jurisdiction and contract. Multiply the per-hour figure by your applicable rate for hours beyond the legal threshold.
